A Smooth Transformation

The customer is always right.... of course!

But sometimes with a little extra knowledge we can offer a better solution….

This lovely customer thought that due the the condition of the walls in their hall, stairs and landing their only affordable option would be to wallpaper over to disguise the rough surface, and then paint over the paper.

After inspection of the surfaces, we offered to skim the walls with a fresh coat of plaster instead, before repainting. This gave a sharp, smooth finish and even proved to be a cheaper option for the customer than it would have been to paper then paint.
