Well this was such an interesting project, huge thanks to our client for entrusting us with it!

Our client was fed up with a plain white entrance, stairs and landing, and reached out to us with the vision that they had in mind.

Deciding on a four band ombre, we offered our advice on how best to achieve it over the two floors, and worked with the creativity of the customer to produce the finished result.

After our usual meticulous prep work, we first applied the four colour bands by brush and roller, with the ceilings on each floor being finished in the corresponding colour for the uppermost band on that floor.

The colour bands were then blended using our airless spray system, spraying the lighter bands down on to the darker bands to create a fine mist where the two colours cross.

The woodwork (including doors) for each floor was then finished in the dominant colour of that floor, creating a cohesive flow and allowing the ombre effect to really pop.

All products were chosen specifically for their high durability rating to ensure a look that lasts in this beautiful hallway and landing.
